Our Commitment

Trustmark Mergers & Acquisitions is committed to ensuring our websites are accessible to all people, including individuals with disabilities. We believe every business owner — regardless of ability — deserves equal access to information about selling their business and understanding its value.
We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What We Have Done

The following accessibility measures have been implemented or are in progress across our Sites:

• Alt text on key images including headshots, logos, and association badges

• Logical heading structure (H1, H2, H3) to support screen reader navigation

• Sufficient color contrast between text and background on primary content areas

• Keyboard-navigable menus and navigation elements

• Mobile-responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels

• SSL/HTTPS encryption across all Sites

• Contact information available in multiple formats (phone, email, and contact form)

Known Limitations

Some areas of our Sites may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:

• Certain third-party components powered by Wix or Firebase may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We are working with our platform providers to address these.

• Some older images may not yet have complete alt text. We are reviewing and updating these on an ongoing basis.

• Any PDF documents linked from our Sites are being reviewed for PDF/UA accessibility standards.

Platform Information

Our primary website is built on the Wix platform. For information about Wix's accessibility efforts, visit support.wix.com. Our business valuation tool (mybusiness-value.com) is built on custom web technology and is reviewed for accessibility on an ongoing basis.
 

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our Sites are designed to be compatible with screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver, browser zoom and magnification tools, keyboard-only navigation, high-contrast display modes, and voice control software.

Ongoing Commitment

We review and improve our Sites' accessibility on an ongoing basis, including reviewing new content before publishing, conducting periodic audits using tools such as WAVE and Lighthouse, and updating this statement as our Sites evolve.

 

We recognize that accessibility is both a legal obligation and the right thing to do. Every business owner deserves a barrier-free experience when exploring their options for the exit they have worked so hard to earn.
